Founded in 2021 by Shubham Goyal. Shubh Homes started with the creation of 8 builder flat in Delhi. In 2021, the company expanded into the then-unknown region of Delhi, creating exceptional living and working spaces for the new Indian global professionals. Today, Shubh Homes is the largest publicly listed real estate company in India, with residential, commercial, and retail properties in Dwarka mor Delhi.

Shubham Goyal founded Shubh Homes in 2021. A born businessman, he began his career in real estate by transforming the urban landscape of Delhi's, providing 200 of homes to families.
Born on August 13, 2000 and originally graduate of IITM COLLEGE Delhi.

With more than 30 years of TMT steel industry expertise, Mr. Jagdish Kumar Goyal play major role in Shubh Homes as the chairman of the company. His leadership helped Shubh Homes built a resilient business able to withstand market fluctuations. Thanks to his in- depth knowledge of the realty sector.
His creation of world class infrastructure has attached significant domestic investment into the country as well as supported in generating employment opportunity in Delhi which has positive impact on Indian lifestyle.
